Thank you for choosing our travel package(s). By booking a trip through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully to ensure you fully understand the conditions of your selected travel package. These terms apply to all bookings made through Global Getway websites.

1. Pricing

Global Getway is committed to offering competitive pricing along with the convenience of online booking. Unless specified otherwise, prices listed on our website are per person and exclude tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, food or beverages, accommodations, room services, and laundry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially under unforeseen circumstances, such as fluctuations in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment is required by credit card, and your card statement will reflect this charge under Global Getway.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Upon successful payment, our travel consultants will send a confirmation slip to your email. You may print this slip as proof of payment to present to the service provider for redemption of your travel package. Please ensure that your travel information is accurate at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Before booking with Global Getway, please review the specific cancellation terms for your selection.
Combo tours are eligible for cancellation; however, canceling any single tour within a combo package voids the combo offer. In such cases, we will calculate the price based on the non-canceled tours, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is completed on the Global Getway website.
Ensure that all selected tours within a combo package are available at the time of booking. Unavailable options will result in a partial fulfillment of the combo package, limited to the services you initially selected.

4.2 No Show

Failure to arrive for your tour will result in no refund, either partial or full. This also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur services. Confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services cannot be rescheduled.

5. Cancellation Procedures

Prior to canceling, please carefully review the cancellation rules associated with your travel package. All cancellation requests must be submitted to Global Getway in writing. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and applicable fees via email, fax, or phone. Global Getway is not responsible for cancellations not received or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments

The routing and services within your package may be subject to change due to weather, local conditions, airline schedules, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we will offer similar options when available. We will inform you of any significant itinerary changes before departure. Note that Global Getway reserves the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without reimbursement, and no refunds will be issued in events of force majeure, such as natural disasters.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy

If we cannot secure accommodation at your chosen hotel, we will endeavor to provide a suitable alternative of comparable budget and standard. Check-in and check-out policies are determined by the individual hotel. Global Getway is not responsible for early or late check-in/check-out requests that hotels are unable to accommodate.

8. Travel Insurance

Global Getway is not liable for any damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, lost personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents

Each guest is responsible for carrying the relevant documents for their travel, such as a passport or valid ID, especially if coming from another country. Refunds cannot be granted for missing or invalid documents. Passengers of all nationalities should confirm entry requirements with their consulate and check visa and health regulations, as they may change without notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including logos, images, tour package information, and pricing, is proprietary to Global Getway. By using this website, you agree not to exploit its content for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Our policy prohibits providing services or products to any countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with UAE laws.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from this website will be governed and construed according to the laws of the UAE.
