Govt has created a special sub-category of ‘e-Emergency X-MISC Visa’ for Afghan nationals wishing to travel to India. The Visa application can be made online. All Afghan Nationals are required to apply for the new E-Emergency X Misc Visa. Afghan Nationals who travel to India will need to mandatorily register themselves with Nearest FRRO/FRO within 7 Days on arrival in India. If they move then will need to again visit and register mandatorily.

Documents needed for E-Emergency X-MISC Visa

– Passport minimum 6 months Validity (Mandatory) – National ID from Afghanistan (Tazkira) (Mandatory)

– Proof of Residence in Afghanistan (Optional)

– Proof of employment or Occupation (Optional)
